The Homelife Remodeling Process
- Initial Consultation:
If you already have an idea for your dream deck, we can work to design a deck that turns your dreams into reality. We can also show you various examples of decks to help you choose what you like and what fits into your budget. Our versatile deck options are perfect for small single-family homes and sprawling backyards. - Review & Permitting:
Once we complete the design, your dedicated installation manager will receive your approval. Then, they will make the arrangements to get all of the necessary permits. - Order Materials:
Your manager will order the proper materials for your deck and schedule the installation accordingly. Many of the materials that we use are readily available. However, some materials take longer to acquire. It’s important to secure all materials before work begins. - Installation:
Next, your manager will finalize the installation timeline and any necessary municipal inspections. You will be updated throughout the process of the schedule, including the times that any inspections will take place. - Completion:
Once your deck has been completed, your manager or a foreman will walk you through the project in its entirety, answer any questions and ensure that we delivered on all of our promises.
